Gibbs Othole was a jeweler when he began carving fetishes in the late 1980's. Lena Boone encouraged him to use more exotic materials. We see Lena's influence in this translucent green Afghani travertine Rabbit with inlaid lapis eyes. The natural striations in the stone create a pin stripe effect. About 2 1/4" long, 1 1/4" wide, and 2" tall. Rabbit reminds us to face our fears and trust our instincts.
