Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original jewelry box or packaging, ensuring it is padded securely to prevent damage during transit back to our gallery.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package to our Santa Fe location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the piece to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
