Zuni carver Anna Tekala's rich alabaster Maiden is sgraffito etched and inlaid with turquoise eyes and necklace accents. Other cheerful turquoise inlays adorn her shawl, contrasting beautifully with the mineral that's in the gypsum family. The Maiden has a powerful presence. About 2 3/8" tall, 3/4" wide and 7/8" deep.
