Big Medicine Buffalo
White buffalo are revered as messengers of peace, hope and abundance. They are also a call to care for Mother Earth. In 1933 the Indigenous Confederated Salish and Kootenai tribes welcomed a white bison calf. Big Medicine was the name bestowed because they believe sacred power is attributed to a rare white bison. Stewart Quandelacy's white marble Bison has sky blue eyes and a heartline or breath path from turquoise inlays. About 2 5/8" long, 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" tall.
