Ptehe Agleska or Horned-Lizard is a sacred creature revered as a Keeper of Secrets to the Indigenous Lakota Nation. Bringer of Rain and Grandfather Horned Toad are other names bestowed to this gentle reptile of the desert by The People. Interestingly, horned lizards use specialized scales to channel rainwater directly to their mouths. Maybe that's what Kenric Laiwakete's refreshing fluorite reptile is doing, greeting the rains. Eyes and a heartline or breath path are from watery-blue turquoise inlays. About 1 1/2" long, 1 1/2" wide and 1" tall.
