Avery Quandelacy (d) came from a famous and noted family of Zuni fetish carvers. His works are highly collectible and this outstanding Bison is one to have. As seen, this Picasso marble specimen is a beautiful one, bold with black, grey and golden colorations. The natural patterning is sensational. Avery inlaid eyes and horns of bright blue turquoise, in addition to incising a full mane and beard. His bison brings reminders of being thankful for the abundance in our lives. About 1 3/4" long, 5/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall.
