The late Leekya Deyuse was an original Zuni artist who started carving leaf designs into jewelry long ago. Today Charlotte Poblano-Peina incorporates sterling silver leaf elements in exquisite jewelry creations. Her latest offering is an ethereal pair of carved turquoise and fresh water pearl angel dangle earrings. We love the creative use of the leaves for the celestial attendant's wings. Including the handmade hooks, they dangle at heavenly 1 1/2" long, 5/8" wide and 1/8" deep, dimensions are approximate. Signed by the artist, they are lightweight.
