A mighty Eagle (or Hawk) collects moss and grass from Mother Earth to line the family nest. Bald eagles reuse their nests for many years adding materials each breeding season. Masterfully carved from compressed Kingman turquoise, Brian Yatsattie's fierce raptor with a stunning hooked beak has abundant texture from feather incising yet has a glossy finish. Focused eyes are from jet inlays. Approximately 3 1/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 5/8" tall.
