A bit of night magic with starlit shapes and a crescent moon dwell in Jayne Quam's mosaic Owl carved from fish rock serpentine. The celestial accents are from a pleasing arrangement of crushed chrysocolla, rhyolite, alunite, firework jasper, turquoise, augite in serpentine and pen shell. Attentive eyes are from turquoise inlays. About 1 7/8" long, 3/4" wide and 2 3/8" tall.
