Carved from vermillion marble and inlaid with a balancing Zuni Sunface element from jet, coral and turquoise, Danette Laate's woodland companion is about 2 1/8" long, 3/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall. Nice eyes are from turquoise inlays and ears are lightly drilled.
