Sea otters spend a lot of time floating on their backs at the water's surface. They move around by paddling hind limbs and sculling with their tails. They are super loving toward their young, latching on to one another as they float, sweetly depicted in Justin Red Elk's wonderful parent otter from jet and the chrysocolla pup. Etched whiskers, drilled ears and pipestone eyes are seen on mother otter. Approximately 3 3/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 3/8" tall.
