Joel Pajarito's stunning Rain and Corn Spirit pin/pendant was created in the tufa cast method. It involves slicing tufa into manageable portions and carving meaningful designs into the sandstone. Molten silver is poured into the block and cooled. Joel's father Anthony Lovato started creating signature Spirit pendants in 1990. Joel's magnificent Rain and Corn Maiden Spirit pin/pendant is made with Kingman turquoise and tufa cast sterling silver. The bale's design is shaped similar to the hook of a shepherd's staff.
